It is a highly effective peeling agent with the benefit of being in a 10% gel form for a more controlled application, without the typical irritation from a synthetic formulation. Salicylic acid is an excellent “pore cleanser” due to the fact that it is lipophilic (oil soluble), so it penetrates sebum filled follicles. It is anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial. It is well tolerated by all skin types (Fitzpatrick I-VI). It is excellent for treating acne, large pores, fine lines, acne scars, melasma, and post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.

Glycolic acid peel derived from its natural source (sugar cane), not synthetic thus less chance for irritation or complications. Glycolic acid’s small molecular size allows penetration of the epidermis, stimulates new growth of skin and collagen by decreasing the bond that holds dead skin cells on the surface. This peel freshens skin appearance leaving behind new layers of clearer, smoother skin. Glyco-Ionic peel is in a 10% gel form, pH 2.15 for a more controlled application and delivery. Lyco-Ionic Jessner Peel
The Lyco- Ionic Jessner Peel combines Resorcinol, Salicylic Acid, L-lactic Acid, Red Wine, Sweet Birch, Essential Oils and Lycopene (powerful antioxidant from watermelon) to provide a very noticeable and effective exfoliation. Exclusively formulated by Dr. Noel Agular of the DNA Health Institute. Jessner peels are stronger than AHA peels due to the combination and strength of the peeling agents, but with this Modified Lycon Ionic Jessner Peel the client will experience less of the common Jessner side effects (ie, irritation, redness, blotchy and itching).Results are generally visible after one treatment.Nothing can compare for those who have acne prone, photo damaged/ hyper pigmentation skin, fine lines and post inflammatory pigmentation due to
acne scarring. Several Layers may be applied producing a mild sunburn effect with about one week for completed results. A patch test and pre-treatment protocol is required. Sunsation UV protection is essential to protect the skin for several weeks after the process.
